Marc Ryan's Not Here To Fxxk Spiders

Mar 11, 2023, 9.10-9.30pm start @ Seabreeze Hotel (after fireworks)

Marc Ryan shares his lived experience with PTSD and suicide ideation all stemming from childhood trauma, at the same time exploring what it is like co-parent 3 teenage sons and having no clue what he is doing himself. Life is tragic whilst at the same time being hilarious!

Adelaide comedian, Marc Ryan, better known as the Beautiful Bogan, fuses his own childhood trauma with comedy in his stand-up gigs, revealing himself as an unassuming mental health advocate to his audience. He speaks from the heart - from his lived experience with depression and PTSD, chipping down the invisible walls imprisoning both men and women in their own abyss of unspoken, unresolved, or misunderstood grief.

Ryan, who has been performing for over a decade, began unpacking his mental health struggles in his stand up when he realised he wasn’t alone in his experiences.
