The District Council of Tumby Bay is proud to facilitate the 2023 Colour Tumby Festival and to see the benefits throughout our community and district.

Tumby Bay Progress Association kickstarted the Colour Tumby Street Art Festival in 2018 with Tumby Bay's famous silo art painted by acclaimed muralist Martin Ron and ran multiple street art festivals before joining forces with the local council in 2021 combining the '@ the bay' market and car show with Colour Tumby Street Art which became the Colour Tumby Festival.

President Dion LeBrun stated, “People won’t walk across the street to look at average but will for the world’s best.”
